Seed: skull island
Could not find a skull shaped mountain but I guess seeds don't work like that...
Here's a good Minecraft seed that's very hilly and some mountains, interesting landscape and good caves. Found a couple of villages at X16 Y66 Z-190 and a village with blacksmith at X-201 Y70 Z-245.
